摘 要：随着城镇化的不断加深，越来越多的农民涌进城市，每年还有大量的毕业生留在城市发展，大量的改善性住房需求也大大增加 ，对房地产企业来说是非常大的利好消息。但是随着房地产市场不断发展，以及大型房地产企业的不断扩张，给中小房地产企业带来了巨大的冲击和压力。部分房地产企业对于财务成本控制不够重视，造成市场竞争力低，运营越来越困难。本文主要研究对象是房地产企业运营中的财务成本控制，研究各种影响企业财务成本控制的主要因素。

本文首先介绍了当前房地产企业的运营状况，然后分析了房地产企业在运营过程中，财务成本控制所面临的各种问题，最后针对这些问题提出了科学合理的解决对策。只有做好成本控制的工作，才能为企业的长久发展打好基础，才能使企业快速发展。95049
