摘 要:随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展和世界经济全球化进程的不断加速，企业间的竞争越来越激烈。企业要想在激烈的国际竞争、国内竞争中脱颖而出，就必须充分利用企业的各种经济资源对企业的营运能力进行分析与研究，不断提高企业的营运能力。企业的营运能力越强它的竞争力相应的也就越强，这对企业的长远发展十分重要。因此对营运能力的有效分析一探究，是十分重要的。本文通过对万科集团的各项经济资源的利用，分析其营运能力，发现其存在的问题，同时相应的提出适当的建议。同时，通过对万科集团营运能力的分析，更好的掌握企业营运能力分析的方法和指标。53799

Abstract:With the continuous development of the socialist market economy and the world of increasing economic globalization,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce.A enterprise must make full use of various economic resources to analyze and research its operation ability, and constantly improve the operation ability ,if it wants to stand out in the fierce international competition and domestic competition. If the enterprise operating ability is stronger, its competitiveness will relative be stronger .It is very important for the long-term development to the enterprise.Therefore, it is very important to explore and analyze effectiviy of the operation ability.This article analyzes its operating ability, finds the existing problems,and puts forward appropriate Suggestions through taking use of various economic resources of the vanke group.At the same time, through the analysis of operating capacity of Vanke group, we can better control the method and index to analyzing enterprise operation ability.

1.1 研究的背景
为获得利润最大化，维持企业持续稳定地经营和发展是企业从事经营活动的最直接最根本的目的。在如今这样一个复杂多变的经济大环境中，企业要想实现其目的，在世界经济中立足脚跟，就必须有所行动，不能任其随意发展。这时，企业的管理层就要根据企业的财务数据进行分析，为企业更好的发展提出有利的对策，企业营运能力分析的重要性和必要性就不言而喻了。企业营运能力主要指企业营运资产的效率与效益，分析与探究企业的营运能力，可以让企业的决策者更加客观、准确的认识到企业的现状，做出更加有利于企业长期发展的决策，让企业能够在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出。由此可见，营运能力是一个企业实现其目标的基础，对企业考察其投入资金的运用效率，评价企业的偿债能力，加强企业的经营管理都有着十分重要的作用。所以，在如今这样瞬息万变的世界经济大背景下，企业营运能力分析是每个企业健康有序发展的必要过程。
