摘要：财务杠杆是个内涵和实际应用都很广泛的概念。财务杠杆有时会给公司带来好的 财务杠杆效果，有时会给企业带来财务风险，影响企业的发展。财务杠杆的合理运用可 以使资本金投资收益上升的作用，这点在企业的投资中非常重要。企业投资者要提高投 资效率，降低财务风险，这就需要研究财务杠杆在防范财务风险中的实际应用。本文首 先回顾了财务杠杆与财务风险的相关研究，其次分析财务杠杆、财务风险以及两者的关 系，接着根据宝胜集团做出具体的分析，分析企业存在的财务风险管理中的问题并提出 解决方法，然后运用财务杠杆系数来分析在企业中的作用，合理规避财务风险。71750
