摘  要：广丰石油器械制造有限公司是国家定点生产地面开采工具和建筑机械及配件的专业企业。自1954年始建以来,公司兢兢业业，着力于钻采石油等大型设备的开发工作。近几年,随着全国石油机械制造行业竞争的脚步加快,广丰石油机械有限公司正处于生死存亡的交叉路口。因此企业要想在石油机械制造行业中处于领先地位，就必须依靠切实有效的成本控制。本文以分析成本构成因素为开端，通过公司内部的报表数据着重分析影响机械制造企业成本控制的原因，最后提出相关的对策与措施来帮助企业正确的认识到自身的不足。便于生产管理人员能够在未来有针对性的采取合理的成本管理方法，控制好企业的成本来确保企业健康发展，确保为企业带来巨大的经济效益。71826

Abstract：GuangFeng petroleum machinery manufacturing is a national fixed-point production of oil drilling tools and oil machinery and accessories professional enterprises. Since established in 1954, the company has focused on oil drilling equipment research. In recent years, along with the increasing competition in national petroleum machinery manufacturing industry, GuangFeng petroleum machinery is facing the unprecedented challenges. So enterprise want to be in a leading position, it must rely on effective cost control. In the article, the importance of controlling cost for petroleum machinery enterprises as the breakthrough point, emphatically analyzed the influencing factors of mechanical manufacturing enterprise cost control, and according to these elements and make some suggestions to strengthen the cost control measures to achieve the purpose of reduce the production cost. Facilitate production management personnel can be targeted in the future to take reasonable cost management methods, control the cost of the enterprise to ensure the enterprises healthy development and finally realizes the enterprise benefit maximization.
