摘要慈善基金会这几年在其高速发展过程中，爆出的几件慈善丑闻将其推上风口浪尖，公众纷纷追问慈善基金会所获捐赠资金的去向，要求慈善基金会的运行更加透明化、公开化。如何评价慈善基金会的运行状况、评判其在公众心中的得分愈发重要。本文试图通过选取反应基金会财务状况的财务指标，构建一个评价基金会运行状况的综合得分公式。为此，文章一共选取了97家慈善组织，分析其2013、2014、2015三个年度披露的捐赠收入总额，来自国内自然人的捐赠收入额、年度总支出、用于公益事业的支出、行政办公支出、透明度等财务数据，运用因子分析法最终得出评价慈善基金会综合得分的公式，并分析每一财务指标是如何影响最终得分的。 78950

Title     Research on Evaluation of Philanthropic Foundation’s Financial Status         

Abstract In the process of philanthropic foundation’s rapid development in recent years, a few pieces of scandal have made it get into trouble。 The public ask where the money goes and they hope the philanthropic foundation to be more transparent。 So, it is very necessary to evaluate philanthropic foundation’s financial status。 This paper tries to set up a formula that can evaluate philanthropic foundation’s financial status by analyzing several financial indicators。 I chose 97 foundations, analyzed donation income, total spending and other information in 2013,2014,2015。 I assume the transparency of foundation as the independent variable and pide it into some smaller independent variables so that I can get inspiration from the relationship of these independent variables。 Besides, I try to discuss the correlation between the donation income and transparency of foundation。
