摘要:木质素是植物中大量存在的难以降解的高分子化合物,其在自然界中的含量仅次于纤文素。主要存在于细胞壁中对植物起到保护作用,因此降解木质素对植物,尤其是秸秆类物质的利用有着重大的意义。
本实验先从几种木质素降解菌株中筛选出漆酶酶活力较高的菌株,再对其培养条件和培养基配方通过单因素实验进行研究并确定。最终确定培养及配方为(g/L):葡萄糖40.0,蛋白胨3.0,柠檬酸铵1.5,KH2SO4 3.5,MgSO4 2.0,CuSO4 3.0,木质素5.0。培养环境为:培养温度28℃,摇床转速130r/min,装液量50mL/250mL,pH 6.0。22663 毕业论文关键字:木质素;生物降解;漆酶酶活力
The Research Of Ligin Biodegradation Process
Abstract:Ligin is a kind of polymer compound which is difficult to degrade and exists in plants with a large number,it’s content in nature just behind cellulose.It mainly exist in the cell-walls of plants and play a protective role,Therefore,degrading ligin is of great significance to the use of plants,especially straw.
In this study,a strain with high-degradation-rate to ligin is selected by the method of measuring its laccase activity,to have a optimization for its culture conditions.
