摘要:长期以来,抗生素被大量应用于人和动物的疾病治疗中。其中,四环素类抗生素(如四环素和土霉素等)是世界上使用量最大的一类抗生素。无论是抗生素还是蓝藻引起的水体污染都是当今水生态环境面临的重要问题,而两者普遍存在于水体中,共存的可能性很大。而关于土霉素对藻类毒性释放的研究非常缺少,土霉素毒性的研究也有限,因此研究土霉素对蓝藻的毒性、以及土霉素对蓝藻的抑制作用,不仅有助于我们进一步了解土霉素和蓝藻的特性,也旨进一步了解并掌握土霉素的化学性质及生物有效性,化合物的染毒及抗生素残留分析的方法。本文介绍了四环素类抗生素的污染现状以及生态毒性,并以水生生物蓝藻为研究对象,通过土霉素对蓝藻的生长抑制、对蛋白质含量的影响,研究土霉素对蓝藻的毒性。24128 毕业论文关键词: 土霉素;蓝藻;毒性;抑制
Toxicity of low-dose Oxytetracycline on Cyanobacteria
Abstract: For a long time, antibiotics are used in the treatment of disease of human and animals. Among them, tetracycline antibiotics (such as oxytetracycline and tetracycline etc.) are used most in the world. Both antibiotics and cyanobacteria causing water pollution are important issues of today's water environment. They are generally present in the water. However, the study on release of oxytetracycline toxicity towards algal is very lack, therefore this study will not only help us to understand the characteristics of oxytetracycline and cyanobacteria further but also aim to further understand and master the oxytetracycline chemical properties and biological effectiveness. This paper introduces the tetracycline antibiotics pollution and ecological toxicity by taking the cyanobacteria as the research object. Through the inhibitory effect on the growth of cyanobacteria and the effect on protein content, we will understand the toxicity of oxytetracycline on cyanobacteria.
