摘要:本文以大豆‘东农690’为试验材料,以黑暗培养(D)为对照,初步探究蓝光(B)连续光照对大豆芽苗菜生长和花青苷合成的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,蓝光处理下大豆芽苗菜下胚轴长受到显著抑制,可食率显著降低,根长显著升高。随着光照时间延长,大豆芽苗菜下胚轴中花青苷含量逐渐积累。处理组中大豆芽苗菜下胚轴中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)与查尔酮异构酶(CHI)的活性以及花青苷合成相关基因PAL、CHS、ANS的表达量均先升高后降低。与黑暗培养相比,在蓝光连续光照下,蓝光光受体基因CRY1与CRY2的表达量显著提高。25550 毕业论文关键词:大豆芽苗菜;花青苷;蓝光
Effect of blue light continuous illumination on anthocyanin Synthesis in soybean sprouts
Abstract:In this study, ‘Dongnong 690’soybean sprouts were tested to investigate the effects of blue light continuous illumination on the growth and anthocyanin synthesis of soybean sprouts.Dark culture was used as control.The results showed that compared with the dark,under blue light treatment, the hypocotyl length of soybean sprouts was significantly inhibited, the edible rate was significantly reduced, and the root length was significantly increased.With the prolongation of light time, the content of anthocyanin in hypocotyls of soybean sprouts was gradually accumulated.The activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) and chalcone isomerase (CHI) and the expression of PAL, CHS and ANS in the hypocotyls of soybean sprouts in the treatment group were increased after the lower.Compared with dark culture, the expression of CRY1 and CRY2 were significantly increased under blue light continuous illumination.
