摘要:苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis,Bt)产生的杀虫蛋白能够有效杀灭靶标害虫,其被广泛应用于生物杀虫剂领域和转Bt基因抗虫作物领域。转Bt抗虫棉花(Bt棉花)已在我国推广种植20年,Bt棉花的大面积、长期种植使得其靶标害虫-棉铃虫处于Bt蛋白的较大选择压力下,势必会引起棉铃虫Bt抗性,因此监测田间棉铃虫Bt抗性发展情况,进行抗性风险评估十分重要。本文监测了高阳县田间棉铃虫对Cry1Ac的抗性个体频率及抗性个体显隐性比率,发现近几年该地区棉铃虫Bt抗性发展较快,2016年抗性个体频率已达到16.8%。分离到的一个Cry1Ac抗性品系抗性呈完全显性遗传。25565 毕业论文关键词:棉铃虫;Bt毒素;抗性检测;显隐性分析
Detection and genetic analysis of Bt resistance in cotton bollworm from Gaoyang in 2016
Abstract: The insecticidal protein produced by Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) can effectively kill many major insect pests, it is widely used in the field of biological insecticide and transgenic Bt gene crops. Transgenic cotton producing Bt toxin Cry1Ac (Bt cotton) has been widely cultivated in China for 20 years. It is regarded as inevitable that resistance to Cry1Ac of H. armigera will increase under intensive selection of Bt cotton in China. Therefore, it is very important to monitor the development of Bt resistance in the field and assess the resistance risk. This paper has detected the frequency of resistant inpiduals and the dominant ratio of resistance to Cry1Ac in Gaoyang area. It was found that the development of the resistance of cotton bollworm to Bt toxin in this area was rapid in recent years, and the frequency of resistant inpiduals in 2016 reached 16.8 %. One resistance strain to Cry1Ac was isolated and its resistance was completely dominant.
