摘要:本试验以徐麦33为供试材料,研究了在小麦开花期喷施不同微量元素对其产量和品质的影响。实验结果表明:花期喷施外源锌、铁、硒以及他们的复配物均能显著提升小麦产量,在产量构成因素方面,主要是提高了小麦的千粒重;喷施外源锌、铁、硒以及他们的复配物均能显著提高小麦的总蛋白含量,并对蛋白组分产生不同的影响,外源锌和复配物的施入能够显著提高小麦的清蛋白含量,外源锌、铁、硒以及他们的复配物对球蛋白含量的影响均不明显,但均可以显著提高麦谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白的含量,其中锌的影响最大;外源锌、铁、硒以及他们的复配物均可以显著提高小麦的GMP和高低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基含量;外源锌、铁、硒以及他们的复配物均可以提高小麦面粉干湿面筋含量,其中锌、铁显著;外源锌、铁、硒以及他们的复配物均可提高SDS沉降值,并且除复配物以外均达到显著水平。25637 毕业论文关键词:小麦;产量;品质;微量元素
Effects of Different Microelements on Yield and Quality of Wheat at Flowering Stage
Abstract:In this experiment, the effects of different microelements at anthesis on wheat grain yield and quality were studied. The results showed that different microelements could increase wheat yield at flowering stage, in terms of yield components, mainly increased the wheat grain, and there was no significant difference between the number of grains per spike and the number of spikelets. Trace elements can significantly increase the total protein content of wheat. There is no difference in the content of albumin and globulin between different treatments, but the glutenin and gliadin have been significantly improved compared with the control. Spraying exogenous substances can significantly improve the wet gluten content of wheat flour, dry gluten content and SDS sedimentation value; compared with the control, spraying exogenous substances can significantly improve the high and low molecular weight glutenin subunits.
