摘要:霉菌毒素是由霉菌或真菌产生的无色、无、无臭的次级代谢产物。在养殖业中,由霉变的饲料、谷物所产生的霉菌毒素对家畜健康危害极大,其中包括对卵母细胞质量的影响进而危害家畜的生殖系统,对家畜繁殖造成了不可估量的损失。虽然已经有研究证明,霉菌毒素对动物机体的健康产生了不利的影响,但是到目前为止霉菌毒素对卵子的毒性效果没有系统的研究,物种之间对霉菌毒素的敏感性也没有比对过。为此,本课题将以猪和小鼠卵母细胞为研究对象,通过体外培养过程中添加不同种类,以及相同种类不同浓度的霉菌毒素研究其对卵子产生的毒害作用,并对比猪和小鼠卵母细胞之间对霉菌毒素的敏感性差异,为相关行业提供理论基础和技术支持。25688 毕业论文关键词:霉菌毒素;生殖系统;卵母细胞

Abstract:Mycotoxins are colorless, odorless, tasteless secondary metabolites produced by mold or fungi.
