摘要:褐飞虱是我国及亚洲其它稻区的主要害虫,每年给作物生产造成十分严重的损失。长期以来,褐飞虱的防治始终以化学防治为主,由此带来很严重的褐飞虱抗药性的问题,对粮食生产安全产生了重大威胁。因此,研究生物农药以及新的防治稻飞虱的措施已经成为相关作物生产从业者所着重考虑的问题。而真菌生物防治拥有化学防治甚至细菌病毒防治没有的优点,绿僵菌更是近来表现突出的昆虫病原真菌。本文将介绍平沙绿僵菌NJMp2103对对褐飞虱室内毒力测定的实验材料,方法以及实验结果,得到几种不同浓度平沙绿僵菌NJMP2103对应的褐飞虱的死亡率,校正死亡率及致死中浓度等结果。25768 毕业论文关键词:褐飞虱;平沙绿僵菌;毒力
Pathogenicity of a Metarhizium pingshaense against the Brown Planthopper in indoor
Abstract:Brown planthopper is the main pest in China and other Asian rice areas, causing serious losses to crop production each year. For a long time, the control of brown planthopper has always been the main chemical control, which brings very serious resistance to brown planthopper, food production safety has a major threat. Therefore, the study of biological pesticides and new measures to prevent rice planthoppers has become the relevant crop production practitioners are seriously considered. And fungal biological control has a chemical control and even bacterial virus prevention is not the advantage of Metarhizium anisopliae is the recent performance of a prominent bacteria. In this paper, the experimental data, methods and experimental results of Metarhizium pingshaense NJMp2103 against brown planthopper on the indoor virulence were analyzed. The death rate, corrected mortality and lethal concentration of Nilaparvata lugens were determined by several different concentrations of NJMP2103 And so on.
