摘要:可得然胶是由细菌发酵生产的胞外直链无分枝β-(1,3)-D-葡聚糖,不但具有植物多糖的优良性能,还具有不同温度加热后能形成不同凝胶、耐冻、包油等特性,可以用作可食性包装膜,相比塑料保鲜薄膜,具有广阔的市场竞争性。但由于单一成分可得然多糖膜存在缺陷。研究了可得然胶/壳聚糖/纤文素复合膜的制备工艺,抑菌性能,以草莓为实验对象,通过测定不同保存时间SOD、POD、CAT等三种抗氧化酶活性的变化,反映可得然胶复合膜对草莓保鲜的应用效果。25977 毕业论文关键词:可得然胶;复合膜;抑菌性;草莓保鲜
The Preparation 、antibacterial activity Of Chitosan Curdlan And Carboxymethyl Cellulose Composite Membranes And Its Application On Strawberry
Abstract: Curdlan is an exopolysaccharide composed entirety of β-(1,3)-D glucosidic linkages which is produced by bacteria. It has not only excellent properties of plant polysaccharides, but also its own features such as gel properties at different heating temperature, cold resistance and package of oil,which can be used as edible packaging film.
But as a result of single Curdlan polysaccharide film has some defects, this paper reviews the production of Curdlan composite membrane , the exploration of its antibacterial properties,and selects strawberry as experimental object, by measuring different preservation time of SOD, POD, CAT and so on three kinds of the change of antioxidant enzyme activity, reflect Curdlan composite membrane application effect of the strawberry preservation process.
