摘要:芹菜作为我国大面积栽培的主要蔬菜之一,其种子萌发的问题受到广泛关注,而使用外源植物激素处理可破除休眠,促进种子萌发。本实验通过不同浓度的GAs和ABA对两种芹菜种子进行处理,结果表明:GAs、ABA单因素处理过程中,GAs处理能显著提高芹菜种子的发芽率及发芽势,ABA则能显著抑制种子萌发,其中,浓度为2.00g/L的GAs溶液处理,对芹菜种子萌发的促进作用最强,而ABA浓度越高,对种子萌发的抑制作用越强。GAs和ABA协同作用处理中,浓度为0.05g/L,体积比为1:1的条件,对种子萌发的促进作用最强,说明GAs和ABA的动态平衡对芹菜种子萌发具有重要意义。26228 毕业论文关键词:芹菜;种子;赤霉素;脱落酸
Effects of ABA, GAs and temperature on the germination of Celery Seeds
Abstract: As one of the main vegetables grown in large areas of our country, celery is widely concerned about the germination of its seeds, and the use of exogenous plant hormone treatment can break the dormancy and promote seed germination. In this experiment, two celery seeds were treated by different concentrations of Gibberellin (GAs) and Abscisic acid (ABA), the results show that the single factor GAs, ABA, GAs could significantly improve the germination rate and germination potential of celery seed, ABA could significantly inhibit the seed germination. The concentration of 2.00g / L GAs solution treatment, the promotion of celery seed germination strongest, while the ABA concentration is higher, the stronger the inhibition of seed germination. GAs and ABA work together, the concentration is 0.05 g/L, the volume ratio was 1: 1, the enhancement of seed germination is the strongest, and it indicated that the dynamic balance between GAs and ABA was important for celery seed germination.
