摘要:本试验以中华绒螯蟹为研究对象,研究饲料中分别添加不同剂量的果寡糖(0;0.5;1.0;1.5;2.0;2.5 g/kg)对中华绒螯蟹生长性能及免疫功能的影响,通过分析中华绒螯蟹的生长性能和免疫指标,筛选果寡糖在中华绒螯蟹饲料中适宜的添加量,为其在生产中的应用提供理论依据。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,饲料中添加2.0 g/kg的果寡糖可显著提高中华绒螯蟹的增重率和特定生长率(P<0.05)。各试验组饵料系数均低于对照组,其中2.0 g/kg组饵料系数最小,与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。免疫功能方面,各试验组中华绒螯蟹血液中丙二醛(MDA)含量均低于对照组,且当添加量为2.0 g/kg时,中华绒螯蟹血液中MDA含量最低,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性均高于对照组,其中2.0 g/kg组活性最大,与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。添加量为2.0 g/kg时,酸性磷酸酶 (ACP) 和碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)两种免疫酶的活性最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结合果寡糖对中华绒螯蟹生长性能及免疫功能的影响,综合分析得出,当基础饲料中的添加量为2.0 g/kg时,能够有效地促进中华绒螯蟹的生长,提高饲料利用率,并能够有效提高其免疫力。26239

Effects of Dietary Fructooligosaccharide Supplementation on Growth Performance and Immunologic Function of Eriocheir sinensis
Abstract: The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects on growth performance and immune response of Eriocheir sinensis by supplementing diets with different doses of fructooligosaccharide (0;0.5;1.0;1.5;2.0;2.5 g/kg). Through analyzing growth performance and immune index of Eriocheir sinensis, we can select the suitable dose of fructooligosaccharides for practice. The results showed that the diet supplemented with 2.0g/kg fructooligosaccharide, in comparison with control group, can significantly improve specific growth rate and weight gain of this species. Feed efficiency of all experimental groups are less than the control group, and the experimental group supplemented with 2.0 g/kg fructooligosaccharides was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). Blood malondialdehyde content of all experimental groups are less than the control group and the inclusion (2.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides) group  was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The activities of CAT in crabs fed with 2.0 g/kg fructooligosaccharides was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The activities of AKP and ACP in crabs fed with 2.0 g/kg fructooligosaccharides were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). These results demonstrated that 2.0 g/kg FOS supplementation might be effective in improving growth performance and immune response of Eriocheir sinensis.
