摘 要:本研究以板蓝根种子为材料,通过AlCl3模拟铝胁迫环境,研究不同浓度(0、10mg•L-1、15 mg•L-1、20 mg•L-1、25 mg•L-1、30 mg•L-1)的外源SA对铝胁迫下板蓝根种子萌发、幼苗生长和幼苗生理特性的影响。为解决板蓝根在栽培生产中遇到的铝胁迫伤害问题提供理论依据,对板蓝根的大面积推广及规范种植具有重要意义。结果表明,Al胁迫下,板蓝根种子的萌发和幼苗生长指标都受到了影响,使用不同浓度的SA处理后,种子萌发和幼苗的生长指标均有不同程度的提高;Al胁迫下,板蓝根幼苗叶片中MDA和抗氧化酶(SOD、POD)活性也均升高,喷施不同浓度的SA后,膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量降低,抗氧化酶活性升高。因此,一定浓度的SA能够缓解Al胁迫下板蓝根种子的萌发和幼苗生理特性的抑制,且SA浓度为10 mg•L-1时效果最好。28532 毕业论文关键字:水杨酸;铝胁迫;板蓝根;种子萌发;生理特性
Effects of exogenous SA on seed germination and seedling physiolog- ical characteristics of Radix isatidis under aluminum stress
Abstract:In this study, Radix seed material, by AlCl3 aluminum stress simulation environment to study different concentrations (0,10 mg•L-1, 15 mg•L-1, 20 mg•L-1, 25 mg•L-1, 30 mg•L-1) exogenous SA under aluminum stress Radix seed germination ,seedling growth and physiological characteristics of seedling . To solve the problem in the production of radix isatidis in cultivation provides the theory basis for aluminum stress injury problems, On specification and wide use of radix isatidis cultivation is of great significance. The results show that rad- ix isatidis seed germination and seedling growth indicators have been affected under Al stress, after dealing with the different concentrations of SA, seed germination and seedling growth indexes have varying degrees of increase; Under Al stress, the MDA content and the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD) in radix isatidis isatidis seedling leaf were also increased, After using the different concentrations of SA,membrane lipid peroxidation products MDA content decreased and the activities of antioxidant enzymes increased. Therefore, a certain concentration of SA can ease the radix isatidis under Al stress inhibition of seed germination and physiological characteristics, and the SA works best when concentration of 10 mg•L-1.

引言
板蓝根(Isatidis Radix),具有清热、解毒、凉血、利咽之功效,是十字花科菘蓝的干燥根,在日常生活中药用方面非常广,是清热解毒类中药的代表药物[1]。板蓝根具有很强的适应性,喜温,耐寒,但害怕水渍,能生长在许多地方如我国的长江流域和许多北方地区。板蓝根种子在15-30℃范围内容易萌发。但是,随着环境污染不断加剧,耕地面积被占用或污染使种植面积不断缩减,重金属铝对耕地污染的面积不断增多,板蓝根种植环境受到严重威胁。改善板蓝根的栽培环境,特别是减轻铝胁迫伤害并提高板蓝根的抗铝胁迫能力成为目前急需解决的问题。
