摘要:为研究机械化秸秆还田对稻田表层土壤(0~15cm)微生物功能多样性的影响,给不同地区制定适宜的耕作方式,于2017年在江苏省的如皋、金坛、泗阳地区,设置旋耕(RT)和犁耕(PT)秸秆还田以及秸秆不还田的耕作方式进行土壤耕作,并采用Biolog Ecoplate技术对各处理地区的土样进行光度分析。通过比较平均颜色变化率(AWCD)、优势度指数(D)、多样性指数(H)以及均匀度指数(E)分析不同处理下土壤微生物功能多样性的差异;再通过土壤微生物对不同类别碳源的利用程度对比分析不同处理下土壤微生物利用碳源功能多样性的差异。综合结果表明:秸秆还田处理下,土壤微生物功能多样性指数明显升高,并且对不同种类碳源的吸收更具多样化。具体的耕作方式(犁耕还田或旋耕还田两种耕作方式)应根据具体的地区差异而选择相应更适宜的一种。29465 毕业论文关键词:机械化秸秆还田;Biolog Ecoplate技术;微生物群落功能多样性;微生物物种多样性
The effect of mechanized stalk on the microbial function of paddy fields
Abstract:In order to study the effect of mechanized straw returning on the microbial functioning persity of paddy soil (0 ~ 15cm), the suitable tillage methods were set up in different areas. In 2017, in Rugao, Jintan and Siyang areas of Jiangsu Province, rotary tillage (RT) and plowing (PT) straw returning and cropping of straws were carried out. The soil samples were analyzed by Biolog Ecoplate technique. The persity of soil microbial species under different treatments was analyzed by comparing the average color change rate (AWCD), dominance index (D), persity index (H) and evenness index (E). Reanalysis difference functional persity of soil microbial utilization of carbon by comparing different treatment for different categories Microbial utilization of carbon sources . The results showed that the soil microbial persity index was significantly increased under straw treatment, and the absorption of different kinds of carbon sources was more persified. Specific farming methods (plowing or tillage tillage) should be based on specific regional differences and choose a more appropriate one.
