摘要:水稻材料因为品种的不同在富集与吸收镉元素的能力上也表现出显著的不同。本实验将200种水稻种植于湖南某地镉元素超标的地域,水稻成熟后测定水稻种子与叶片的镉元素含量,借此筛选确定:种子镉高积累叶片镉高积累的的镉敏感水稻品种10种,种子镉低积累叶片镉低积累的耐镉水稻品种10种,种子镉低积累叶片镉高积累的水稻品种10种。接着进一步比较这30种水稻中同一品种水稻材料种子与叶片的镉(Cd)元素含量,以及所有的水稻品种的镉含量分布情况,表明不同的品种水稻在吸收和富集镉元素能力上表现出差异,并且表现出组织特异性和种质特异性。29467 毕业论文关键词:耐镉性;耐逆性;植物;水稻
The Difference of Cadmium Content in Rice Varieties
Abstract: Oryza Sativa materials differ significantly in their ability to absorb and absorb cadmium in the rich set. Then compare the 30 kinds of varieties of Oryza Sativa in the same materials of rice seed and leaf of cadmium (Cd), element content and the distribution of cadmium content of different varieties of rice showed that different varieties of rice in the absorption and accumulation of cadmium ability difference, Oryza Sativa uptake and accumulation of heavy metals show significant intraspecific difference and tissue difference.
