Effects of Combination Bacteria on Rhizosphere Microflora of Cucumber
Abstract: Pot experiments and the method of dilution plate were carried out to investigate the effect of combination bacteria on rhizosphere microflora of cucumber. The results showed that the influence of the combination bacteria on rhizosphere microflora of cucumber was obvious. The combination bacteria increased the number of bacteria, actinomycetes, nitrobacteria, ammonifying, azotobacteria, cellulose-decomposing bacteria. Compared with the control, the bacteria, actinomycetes, nitrobacteria, ammonifying, azotobacteria, cellulose-decomposing bacteria increased by 50%, 25%, 19%, 6.3%, 25%, 28.6%, respectively. The combination bacteria reduced the number of denitro-bacteria and fungi. Compared with the control, the denitro-bacteria and fungi decreased by 7.7% and 81.8%, respectively. The combination bacteria can promote the growth of bacteria, actinomycetes, nitrobacteria, ammonifying, azotobacteria, cellulose-decomposing bacteria, while inhibit the growth of denitro-bacteria and fungi in the rhizosphere soil of cucumber.
