摘要:基于设施农业过度施用化肥导致土壤板结、酸化、养分含量下降、作物养分利用率低下等问题,本研究在等量养分条件下,分析了生物有机肥对西瓜地养分转化及吸收利用的影响。结果表明,与单施化肥相比,配施生物有机肥对土壤N、P含量的增加、转化均具有明显促进作用,同时能够提高作物对养分的吸收利用。以施用蚯蚓粪处理,在土壤速效养分含量、产量、养分累积量、肥料贡献率及肥料吸收利用率方面提升效果最为明显。与单施化肥相比,施加蚯蚓粪处理,土壤全氮含量提高19.0%,土壤速效磷含量提高44.6%,产量增加28.3%,肥料贡献率提高10.35%。综上所述,生物有机肥能有效提高西瓜地养分转化及吸收利用的效率。29682 毕业论文关键词:生物有机肥;养分转化;吸收利用
Effects of Bio-organic Fertilizer on Nutrient Conversion and Absorption in Watermelon Filed
Abstract:Based on the excessive application of chemical fertilizers in facility agriculture, soil compaction, acidification, nutrient content decreased and crop nutrient utilization rate was low. The effect of bio- organic fertilizer on nutrient conversion and uptake of watermelon was studied under the same nutrient condition. The results showed that the addition of bio - organic fertilizer had a significant effect on soil N and P addition and transformation, and could improve the nutrient uptake and utilization of crops compared with single application of chemical fertilizers. Applying vermicompost could significantly increase the soil available nutrient content, yield, the nutrient accumulation, fertilizer contribution rate and fertilizer absorption and utilization efficiency. Compared with the single application of chemical fertilizers, soil total nitrogen content increased by 19.0%, soil available phosphorus increased by 44.6%, yield increased by 28.3% and fertilizer contribution increased by 10.35%. In summary, bio-organic fertilizer can effectively improve the efficiency of nutrient conversion and absorption in the watermelon field.

引言
我国设施农业正在向着规模化、集约化发展,而设施蔬菜栽培不同于露地栽培,对水、肥的要求具有相对特殊性[1]。在当前设施农业实际生产中,农民大量施用化肥引起了土壤环境恶化、养分含量下降、肥料利用率低下等一系列问题,造成蔬菜产量和品质 下降[2,3],效益降低,制约了设施蔬菜产业可持续发展。
