摘要:为提高紫花苜蓿青贮饲料品质及蛋白利用率,将紫花苜蓿与红三叶以质量比0:10,2:8,4:6,6:4,8:2,10:0优尔个比例混合青贮,通过测定各处理青贮饲料的总氮、非蛋白氮、氨态氮、氨基酸态氮、肽氮等含量变化,探究其提升青贮品质及蛋白利用率的效果,得出最佳混合青贮比例。实验结果表明,紫花苜蓿与红三叶以6:4质量比混合青贮处理效果最佳,这个比例可取得较低的pH,保存更多的干物质,具有较高总氮同时又生成较少的非蛋白氮,且在非蛋白氮中肽氮所占比例较高,有效提高了蛋白利用率。29703 毕业论文关键词:紫花苜蓿;红三叶;混合青贮;氮组分;青贮品质
Study on the Difference of Nitrogen Components in Mixed Silage of Different Ratio of Alfalfa and Red Clover
Abstract: In order to improve the quality of alfalfa silage and protein utilization, alfalfa and red clover were mixed to ensiling in different ratio. The nitrogen components of mixed silage including total nitrogen,non-protein nitrogen,amino acid nitrogen and peptide nitrogen were determinated. The result showed that the best mixed ratio was 6:4, and the mixed silage had a lower pH, more dry matter saved with higher total nitrogen and lower non-protein nitrogen. And the content of peptide nitrogen was higher in non-protein nitrogen, increasing the utilization value of protein.
