摘要:太湖是长江流域最典型的大型浅水湖泊,气候温和,渔业资源丰富。为了了解太湖鱼类的群落结构特征以及其与生境之间的关系,本研究于10-11月对太湖的30个点位,8个湖区的鱼类及其环境因子做了调查。此次研究,我们采集到鱼类33种4270尾,隶属8科27属,所有鱼类中,刀鲚(Coilia macrognathos Bleeker)、秀丽白虾(Chinese white prawn)、日本沼虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)和子陵吻鰕虎(Rhinogobius giurinus)为主要的优势种。Sorensen相似性分析表明,八个湖区的鱼类组成相似性较高。Pearson相关分析表明,影响鱼类个体数的主要原因是水质的pH和溶氧量。希望本次研究能够给太湖流域的鱼类保护和管理以及水资源的修复提供基础材料。29780 毕业论文关键词:太湖、鱼类、群落结构特征、生境、水环境因子
A Study on The Hydroponic Experiment of Different Chinese Herbal Medicine and the Effect of Water Purification
Abstract:Taihu Lake is the most typical large shallow lake in the Yangtze River Basin,mild climate, rich in fishery resources. In order to investigate the community structure characteristics of Taihu Lake fish and its relationship with habitat, in this study,the fish and the environmental factors were investigated at 30 sites, 8 area in Taihu Lake from October to November in 2016.In this study,a total of 4270 inpiduals were collected and identified as 33 species representing 7 families and 27 genera。Among them,Coilia macrognathos Bleeker, Chinese white prawn, Macrobrachium nipponense and Rhinogobius giurinus as the main dominant species. Sorensen similarity analysis showed that the fish composition of the eight lake areas was similar. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the main reason for influencing the inpidual number of fish are pH and dissolved oxygen. I hoped that this study can provide the evidence for the fish protection and management and the restoration of water resources in the Taihu Lake Basin.

引言
太湖是长江流域最典型的大型浅水湖泊。太湖流域气候温和,水网稠密,渔业资源丰富[1]。20世纪八十年代后期,流域经济快速发展,湖泊水体环境质量不断下降,太湖的营养化程度加重。从湖内氮、磷的营养成分分析,其指标均在中一富营养和富营养化水平,中一富营养和富营养化的面积已占太湖总面积的90%以上,蓝藻水华频发[2]。由于过度捕捞、水生植被退化及历史上形成的江湖阻隔等多重影响[3],太湖优势鱼类如翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus)和鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)等渔获量不断减少,鱼类群落结构和多样性特征发生显著变化[4],影响了太湖渔业的健康发展。
