摘要:通过研究藿香种子发芽特性,为实际药材生产提供技术借鉴。本试验采用恒温培养箱的方法对不同年限和不同枝节的藿香种子进行发芽试验。结果表明,当年新采种子发芽率最高,2年后种子发芽率为零。随着种子贮藏时间增加,种子营养物质流失导致种子发芽率降低,解剖结构也发生改变;同株藿香的第8节发芽率最高为81.7%,第5节发芽率最低为41.0%;分别提取藿香叶和花的挥发油,以挥发油处理藿香、白菜种子,发现2个部位挥发油对种子的萌发、根长及茎长均有抑制作用,对藿香的根长抑制率随浓度的增加而增强,对白菜的根长抑制率随浓度的增加先降低后上升,而对藿香和白菜的茎长抑制率随浓度的增加而减弱。31334 毕业论文关键词:藿香;发芽率;挥发油;抑制率
Study of the germination of Agastache rugosa seeds
Abstract: Through the study of the germination characteristics of Agastache rugosa seed, the paper provided the technical reference for the actual medicinal production.In this experiment, the germination test of Agastache rugosa seeds of different age and different branches was carried out by means of constant temperature incubator.The results showed that the germination rate of newly collected seeds was the highest and 0 after two years.With the increase of seed storage time, the loss of seed nutrients caused the seed germination rate decreased and the anatomical structure also changed.the highest germination rate of the same strain of Agastache rugosa was 81.7% in the eighth branch,the lowest in the fifth branch was 41.0%.The volatile oil extracted from Agastache rugosa leaves and flowers was acted on Agaricus and cabbage seeds.It was found that the volatile oil on the two parts had the inhibitory effect on seed germination, root length and stem length,The inhibition rate of root length of Agastache rugosa was increased with the increase of concentration, and the root length inhibition rate of cabbage decreased first and then increased with the increase of concentration, while the inhibition rate of stem length of Agastache rugosa and Chinese cabbage decreased with the increase of concentration.
