摘要:草坪草耐旱性研究一直是草坪草研究的热点,通过喷施外源生长调节物质提高草坪草的耐旱性是研究的主要途径之一。乙硫氨酸是具有抗氧化、抗衰老的新型生物活性物质,但未见将其应用于草坪草上的报道。本试验以广泛应用的冷季型草坪草高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea cv. Schreb)为研究材料,通过叶面喷施乙硫氨酸水溶液,研究其对高羊茅耐热性的影响。结果表明:干旱条件下,叶面喷施250 mg/L的乙硫氨酸水溶液可以提高高羊茅的耐旱性,在一定程度上文持较高的草坪质量(TQ)和叶片相对含水量(RWC),延缓电解质渗漏率(EL)的升高,减少叶片中丙二醛(MDA)的积累,并提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性。31346 毕业论文关键词:高羊茅;干旱胁迫;乙硫氨酸;抗氧化酶系统
Effects of exogenous ethionine on antioxidant system under drought stress in tall fescue
Abstract: The research on drought tolerance of turfgrass has been a hotspot in lawn grass research. It is the main research method to increase the drought tolerance of turfgrass by exerting substances exogenous. Ethionine is a new biologically active substance that is resistant to oxidation and anti-aging, but it has not been reported on turfgrass. In this experiment, the common cold season turfgrass tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea cv. Schreb) was used as experimental material, and the influence of antioxidant system of tall fescue was studied by spraying ethionine aqueous solution. The results showed that 250mg/L aqueous solution of ethionine could increase the drought tolerance of tall fescue under drought condition, and maintain turf quality (TQ) and leaf relative water content (RWC), delay the increase of electrolyte leakage rate (EL), reduce the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the leaves and increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD, CAT and POD to some extent.
