紫甘薯花青素对麻黄鸡生产免疫性能及血清抗氧化性能的影响摘要:选择40只1日龄的健康麻黄鸡,随机分为4组,每组10只。各组饲料中分别添加0、50、100、150 mg/kg紫甘薯花青素,试验预试期7d,试验期35d,42日龄解剖麻黄鸡,分离出胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏及血清,并测定其免疫器官指数和血清抗氧化性能指标,以探讨不同紫甘薯花青素添加水平对麻黄鸡生产免疫性能以及血清抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:①100和150 ㎎/㎏添加水平的紫甘薯花青素能显著改善22~42日龄麻黄鸡的日增重和饲料利用率(P<0.01),但对1~21日龄麻黄鸡促生长作用不明显(P>0.05)。②紫甘薯花青素添加量为100 mg/kg的日粮能显著提高麻黄鸡血清中的SOD活性和CAT活性P<0.01),具有统计意义,而谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)和谷胱甘肽酶(GSH)活性虽有所提高但是差异并不显著(P<0.05)。 ③当饲粮中添加150 mg/kg的紫甘薯花青素时,麻黄鸡的法氏囊、胸腺、脾脏等免疫器官指数和抗氧化能力指标(GSH、GSH-Px、CAT)呈现下降趋势。31559

The influence of purple sweet potato anthocyanin on indicators of chicken’s growth performance,immunity function and serum oxidation resistance
Abstract:The experiment select 40 one age healthy growing chickens, assigned to four treatment groups at random, each group has ten chicks.We feed different groups with different diets which are content of 0, 50, 100, 150 mg/kg purple sweet potato anthocyanin, to discuss the influence of different level of purple sweet potato anthocyanin on seedling period of growth, immunity performance and serum's antioxidant properties indexes in chicken.There are two times when allocating feeding experiment,one formal experiment period has 35 days,another advance experiment period has 7days.,when chickens were at age of 42 day,we separated bursa of Fabricius, and tested its immune function and oxidation resistance.Test results display that: (1)when purple sweet potato anthocyanin increase to 100 or 150 mg/kg,it play a significant role in aging 22 to 42 days at chickens (P<0.01),but in early growing when chickens are at age of 1 to 21 days,purple sweet potato anthocyanin can put on weight in chicken but it is not significant(P>0.05).(2) when fodders are contained of 100 mg/kg purple sweet potato anthocyanin ,there is a great increasing in indicators of SOD and CAT (P<0.01),but it is not obvious for GSH-Px and GSH (P>0.05). (3) when the foods which are contented of purple sweet potato anthocyanin increased to 150 mg/kg ,the immunity performance decreased,besides antioxidant capacity for example GSH-Px,GSH,CAT.
