摘要:大豆是世界上重要的经济作物,其生长发育和产量生产均受到土壤盐渍化的危害。近年来,我国土壤的盐渍化面积逐步扩大,严重制约农业的发展,通过改良土壤这一方面解决这个问题,工程浩大,由此为了农业的可持续发展,可以培育耐盐品种进行农业生产。本研究通过对211份栽培大豆品种构成的自然群体进行苗期耐盐的筛选,初步选出优异的耐盐种质资源,结合基于SNP分子标记的关联分析方法,利用混合线性模型对大豆4个耐盐相关性状进行关联分析,共检测到11个SNP标记与4个耐盐相关性状存在显著关联,标记主要分布在1、9、16、18和20染色体上,发现热休克蛋白DnaJ分子伴侣、K+吸收通透酶、抗病性家族蛋白、过氧化物酶和K+转运蛋白等候选基因或者与耐逆性相关,或者与耐盐相关。35241 毕业论文关键词:大豆;苗期;耐盐基因;关联分析
Screening of Salt Tolerance Gene in Soybean Seedling Based on Association Analysis
Abstract:Soybean is an important economic crop in the world, and its growth and production and production are all affected by soil salinization. In recent years, China's soil salinization area gradually expanded, seriously restricting the development of agriculture, through the improvement of soil in this area to solve this problem, the vast project, which for the sustainable development of agriculture, can cultivate salt varieties for agricultural production. In this study, 211 kinds of natural populations of cultivated soybean cultivars were screened for salt tolerance at seedling stage, and the excellent salt-tolerant germplasm resources were preliminarily selected. Based on the SNP molecular marker association analysis method, 11 SNP markers were significantly associated with four salt-tolerant traits, and the markers were mainly distributed on chromosomes 1, 5, 6, 9, 16, 19 and 20, and found that heat shock protein DnaJ molecular chaperones, K + uptake permeabilase, disease resistant family proteins, peroxidases and K + transporters, or are related to stress tolerance, or to salt tolerance.
