摘要:豆科植物与根瘤菌通过联合而形成固氮共生体,其最具代表性的特点是由指定的微共生体诱导得到根瘤或茎瘤。除却根瘤菌外,在根瘤中也同样存在非常多与根瘤菌共生固氮相关的内生细菌类群,而且根瘤菌与内生细菌一起存在于相同的根瘤内是非常常见的一种征象,属于这类的内生细菌生于根瘤内,但不会使植物招致疾病,但与之相关的生态学作用还知道得非常少,本文以219种大豆根瘤为材料,设置对照,并对处理组接种根瘤菌USDA110,提取两组样品根瘤DNA,分析各自的细菌群落,然后采用划线法分离内生细菌。应用16S rDNA分析某些所具有的促生功能。36748 毕业论文关键词:大豆根瘤;内生细菌;16S rDNA;促生;匹配结瘤
The Effect to the USDA110 of Endogenous Bacteria from Root Nodule
Abstract:During the synaptic formation of nitrogen-fixing symbiont between legumes and rhizobia,the typical featureis the formation of root nodules and/or stem nodules induced by specific microsymbiont. Except for rhizobia,inside the root nodules there are various endogenous bacteria that have relation to rhizobial symbiotic, nitrogen fixation been isolated and the general coexistence of rhizobia with the bacteria in the same root nodule is ubiquitously objective phenomena. And existed in the root nodules were not able to induce the plants into morbidity. However very little of their ecological role have been aware of. This research took the 219 types of soybean nodules as samples,the control group was set up, and the experimental group was inoculated with the rhizobia USDA110, the DNA of the two samples was extracted and the bacterial community was analyzed .Then isolating endophytes by plate streaking. 16S rDNA sequence analysis were applied to explore the bacterias which have plant growth promoting characteristics.
