摘 要:本实验以黄曲霉为研究对象,采用液体培养法,使用荧光分光光度计测量不同浓度的光催化剂ZnO处理的黄曲霉毒素的荧光值,借以分析光催化剂ZnO对黄曲霉产毒量的影响。结果表明:当光催化剂ZnO的浓度在0~0.1 g/L时,会提高黄曲霉的产毒量;当光催化剂ZnO的浓度在2.0~4.0 g/L时,黄曲霉的产毒量基本上不受影响;而当光催化剂ZnO的浓度在0.1~2.0 g/L时,会抑制黄曲霉产毒,当黄曲霉浓度为2.0 g/L时,对黄曲霉抑毒效果最强。40370 毕业论文关键词:光催化剂;ZnO;黄曲霉;产毒量
The Effection on Aflatoxin Production Volume of Aspergillus Flavuswith the Treatment of ZnO Photocatalyst
Abstract: Inthisexperiment, the research object is Aspergillus flavus. Using liquid culture to measure the value of fluorescence wih a fluorospectrophotometer when the ZnO in Aspergillus flavus is unequal, to analyzethe influence of Aspergillus flavus-toxin on different concentrations ZnO. The effect explain that when the denseness of ZnO is from 0 to 0.1 g/L the toxigenic amount of Aspergillus flavus is elevated. When the denseness of ZnO is from 2 to 4 g/L the toxigenic amount of Aspergillus flavus is changeless. However, when the denseness of ZnO is from 0.1 to 2.0 g/L the toxigenic amount of Aspergillus flavus is turning down, and the sequel is maximum when the denseness of ZnO reaching 2.0 g/L.
