摘要:本文以玉米干秸秆为试验材料,直接以干玉米秸秆上的菌种进行发酵,研究干秸秆乳酸发酵对蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:在厌氧环境条件下,秸秆湿度适宜,温度为37℃时,发酵18天,干秸秆发酵产物颜色亮黄,气酸香,实验组发酵秸秆测得蛋白质含量最高为8.05%。玉米干秸秆经乳酸发酵后蛋白质含量提升100%。39714 毕业论文关键字:乳酸菌;玉米干秸秆;发酵;蛋白质
Effect of Dry Straw Fermentation of Lactic Acid on Protein Content
Abstract:In this paper, the dry straw was used as the experimental materials and the effect of lactic acid fermentation on protein content of dry straw was studied directly by the strain of dry corn stalk. Results showed that, straw humidity was appropriate in the condition of anaerobic environment, when the temperature was 37 ℃, 18 days of fermentation, dry straw fermented product color was bright yellow, acid smell, the protein content of the fermented straw in experimental group was as high as 8.05%. protein content of fermented stalk was increased by 100% after lactic acifermentation
