摘要:利用CI-340便携式光合测定仪对上海应用技术学院植物园内栽培的三种藤本植物长春蔓(Vinca major Linn.)、藤本月季(Morden cvs.of Chlimbers and Ramblers)、铁线莲(Clematis paniculate),进行在不同光强下净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)的测定,探讨不同光照强度对三种藤本植物光合参数的影响及测定植物叶片中叶绿素含量、可溶性总糖含量、淀粉含量、总氮含量,评价植物光合与叶片内物质含量的关系。绘制净光合速率(Pn)对光合有效辐射(PAR)的光响应曲线,分析三种藤本植物的光补偿点(LCP)、光饱和点(LSP)、最大净光合速率(Pmax)、和水分利用效率(WUE)。结果表明:光照强度对植物光合速率的影响显著,三种藤本植物的光合速率随光合有效辐射强度的增加而出现先升高后平缓的趋势;分析比较三种藤本植物的光饱和点,藤本月季的光饱和点最高,在各自的饱和光强下,藤本月季最大净光合速率(Pmax)显著大于蔓长春与铁线莲,且在相同光照强度下,藤本月季的光合速率始终大于另外两种植物,说明藤本月季有更强的光合能力(maximum photosynthetic rate,Pmax)。此外,藤本月季叶绿素含量最高,光合速率最大,说明单位面积叶片光合速率与单位面积叶绿素含量成正相关。本试验探讨不同的光照强度对植物光合作用产生影响及植物光合与叶片内物质含量的关系,了解藤本植物的生物学特性,根据实际的环境条件,选择适宜的藤本植物进行配置应用,因地制宜,提高藤本植物在园林景观中的应用比例,对实现经济生态效益的可持续发展具有重要意义。7010

Effects of different light intensity on plant photosynthesis of three species of lianas
Abstract:The light curve of three kinds of lianas were measured by CI-340 portable photosynthesis system to study photosynthetic characteristic under different light intensities in Shanghai Institute of Technology. There are Vinca major Linn., Morden cvs.of Chlimbers and Ramblers, Clematis paniculate. The response of net photosynthetic rate versus photosynthetically active radiation were measured in situ. Pn of the 3 lianas species were analyzed comparatively. And chlorophyll content, Leaf Nitrogen Concentration, soluble sugar content were investigated. The result showed that there are significant differences in light response of photosynthesis among them. Particularly, the Pn was mainly affected by the light intensity. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration rate(Tr)of the three lianas species appeared as single-peak curves, increased at the beginning then decreased following the PAR. Three of all the tested species, Morden cvs.of Chlimbers and Ramblers possessed the highest Pn under the same condition.
