摘要线纹折麻蝇是东亚飞蝗的重要寄生蝇,本文采用扫描电镜对该蝇的触角、触须及其上感觉器官的结构和形态进行了观察和研究。结果显示触角感受器主要有毛形感受器、刚毛形感受器、柱形感受器和锥形感受器等。毛形感受器分布最多,在触角柄节和梗节大量分布。刚毛形感受器仅存在于雌蝇触角的梗节上,坛形感受器也仅发现于雌蝇,这些感受器通过机械和化学作用对其寻找寄主发挥了较大的作用。通过研究触角感器的类型、数量、分布及其内部结构,为进一步研究寄生性昆虫的触角感受器提供了可靠的理论依据,同时也为生物防治提供了重要的科学依据。47624
Abstract
Blaesoxipha lapidosa (Diptera: Sarcophagidae) is an important endoparasitoid flesh fly that parasitizes Locusta migratoria manliensis(Meyen). In this paper the antennal morphology and ultrastructures of Blaesoxipha lapidosa were observed by scanning electron microscope. Five types of sensilla were found on the surface of antennae, like sensilla trichodea, sensilla chaetica, papilla-tippedcylindric sensillum, sensilla basiconica, sensilla grooved. Sensilla chaetica is generally the most abundant one which distributes on the scape and pedicel. Sensilla chaetica was only occur on the pedicel of female Blaesoxipha lapidosa, sensilla grooved was only observed on the female Blaesoxipha lapidosa. Those sensilla play an important role on they search for the host throngh mechanical and chemical function. The shape of these sensilla and their distribution were described, and their functions were discussed. This results will provide theoretical basis for farther research of parasitic insect antennal and scientific basis for a way of biological control.

引言
昆虫主要通过感觉器官感知性外激素或寄主植物的挥发性物质来寻求配偶、寻找食物或生殖场所。触角是昆虫重要的感觉器官,其表面具有嗅觉、触觉和听觉等功能的感受器[1]。20世纪以来,触角感受器研究日益受到学者的重视,并且在研究上取得了一定的进展,研究内容涉及感受器类型、感受器数目分布特点、超微结构、功能及感觉细胞受体对信息素分子的作用机制等。目前,触角感受器研究较多的有:双翅目、膜翅目、鳞翅目、鞘翅目以及同翅目昆虫,双翅目昆虫作为重要的天敌昆虫资源,有许多种类可在蝗虫综合防治方面发挥作用。国内外关于昆虫触角感受器的研究多集中于非寄生性蝇类,对于双翅目寄生性蝇类的触角感受器研究较少[2]。
