摘要:越南青冈为壳斗科濒危树种。干旱胁迫对于植物生长的研究具有重要意义。在越南青冈中选用生长状况、容器、土壤、营养状况等基本一致的健康越南青冈作为研究材料,把他们分为三组作为A组对照组(每隔两天浇水一次)、B组强胁迫组(完全不浇水)、C组弱胁迫组(每一周浇水一次),对这三组材料进行长达1-2个月的研究,并每隔一天测量一次叶片叶绿素荧光(Fv/Fm)、土壤水势(kPa)、叶片水势(mPa),全程观察植物状况,每隔一周测量一次叶绿素光合曲线和光合对照数据。结果显示,当土壤水势不低于-2kPa时,叶片和叶绿素没有任何变化,当土壤水势处于-2kPa到-4kPa时,叶片部分变黄,而叶绿素含量Fv/Fm稍微降低了0.5kPa左右。当水势低于-6kPa时,叶片部分枯萎,当达到-8kPa时,植物接近死亡,叶绿素荧光趋近于0。48680

Effect of drought stress on Quercus austrocochinchinensis seedlings chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthesis
Abstract:Quercus austrocochinchinensis fagaceae are endangered tree species.Drought stress has significant meaning to the study of the plants growing.To use Growth status, containers, soil, nutritional status and other basic consistent the Vietnamese health glauca as research material,put them into three groups as the control group A(water once every two days),group B strong stress group(no water),group C weak stress group (each watering once A week),then we make a research for three groups of materials for 1 to 2 months, and measured leaf chlorophyll fluorescence (Fv/Fm)every two days,soil water potential(kPa), leaf water potential(mPa),observe plant condition all the way,then measure chlorophyll photosynthetic curves and reference data in every two weeks.The results showed that when the soil water potential was not less than -2kPa, there was no change in the leaf and chlorophyll,When the soil water potential was -2kPa to -4kPa, the leaves were partly yellowing,but the chlorophyll content of Fv/Fm slightly reduced by about 0.5kPa.When the water potential is lower than -6kPa, the leaves are partly withered.When -8kPa is reached, the plant dies and the chlorophyll fluorescence approaches to 0.
