摘要:本研究利用水质快速检测试剂盒对本校镜月湖水体中PH值及磷酸盐的时空变化规律进行了分析。结果表明,水体pH值在日出之后开始上升,至下午16:30—17:30达峰值,接着开始缓慢下降,直至第二天日出前至最小值,如此循环往复,pH值的日正常变化范围一般在1—2之间。通过磷酸盐含量分析,在镜月湖水体中只检测到极其微量的磷酸盐,这可能是由于镜月湖水质清晰,水生植物生长正常,消耗了部分植物对营养物质的同化吸收。同时,校管理人员于近期向镜月湖投放了近千尾黑鱼苗,鱼类活动消耗了水中的无机盐,致使镜月湖水体中磷酸盐含量较低,检测结果不明显。综合考量可发现,镜月湖水质较好,适宜水生动植物生存。57484

Abstract:The rapid detection kit for the temporal variation of water quality on pH and phosphate the mirror lake water are analyzed. The results show that,the PH value of water began to rise in the after sunrise, to 16:30 in the afternoon and reached peak at 17:30, then decreased slowly, until second days before sunrise to a minimum, so move in circles, a change from normal daily pH values range is generally 1 - 2. The phosphate content analysis, in the mirror lake water was detected only in very small amounts of phosphate, which may be due to mirror lake water clarity, the growth of aquatic plants, consumption of assimilation part of plants on nutrient absorption. At the same time, the school management personnel in the near future to mirror lake dropped nearly a thousand tail black fish, fish consumption in inorganic salt water, the mirror lake water in the phosphate content is low, the detection results are not obvious. Comprehensive consideration can be found, good mirror lake water quality, suitable for aquatic animal and plant survival.

致 谢 13前言俗话说的好“养鱼先养水”、“好水养好鱼”,水质对养殖来说是非常重要的,因此要养好鱼,就得掌握如何辨别水质的好坏。水是水产养殖动物赖以生存的环境,水质的好坏直接影响到水产养殖动物的生存生长及生命活动。水质指标主要包括水温、水色、透明度、酸碱度、溶解氧以及某些有毒有害物质如氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化氢和重金属离子等,而且水体中有此类物质的含量超过一定限度将会影响水产动物的正常生长。养殖过程中必须控制好水质,才能够提高养殖鱼、虾、蟹类的生长速率,减少疾病危害,实现高产、优质的目的。所以,养殖人员必须经常对水质进行监测,根据水质情况,实时调节水质。养殖过程中判断水质好坏的重要指标就是水色以及变化情况,根据水色可大致判断出水中浮游生物的种类、数量,从而采取相应措施来改善水质。水温、水色和透明度等指标可以通过简单方法或目测来了解,但酸碱度、磷酸盐、溶解氧含量、氨氮浓度、硫化氢浓度和余氯等指标必须借助一定的仪器和测量手段才能检测出来[1]。
