摘  要甘薯做为目前市场上的基本农作物之一,人类对它的需求量始终很大,所以提高其产量成为当今一项重要课题,寒冷条件下会导致甘薯叶片严重伤害,甘薯的产量也会因此而下降,所以在实际生产中采取不同方法来提高甘薯的抗寒性显得尤为关键。本次试验是向实验组甘薯幼苗叶片喷洒亚精胺,对照组甘薯叶片喷洒蒸馏水,然后对比两组甘薯同样在4℃环境下生长情况,进而可以研究在低温条件下亚精胺对其抗寒能力的影响。通过本次试验,可以得出结论:在温度为4℃的条件下,喷洒亚精胺可以有效地抑制甘薯幼苗中的叶绿素含量下降速度,并且在实验后期CAT和POD活性的下降程度明显低于对照组,同时叶片中实验组叶片中丙二醛含量的上升速度有所降低,电解质的外渗程度也有所抑制。综上所述,亚精胺提高了寒冷条件下甘薯叶片的抗寒性。69925

Study on The Improvement of Cold Resistance of Sweet Potato by Spermidine

Abstract

Sweet potato as one of the basic crops on the market at present , the human's demand for it is always high, so improving the yield has become today an important topic . Cold conditions will lead to serious injury in sweet potato leaves and yield of sweet potato will fall as a result of this, so in the practical production to take a different approach to improve the cold resistance of sweet potato is particularly critical. This experiment compares two groups of sweet potato also at 4 ℃ for growth by spraying spermidine on sweet potato leaves of the experimental group and  the control group of sweet potato leaves were sprayed with distilled water. And research the impact on cold resistance of sweet potato which leaves were sprayed by spermidine  under the condition of low temperature . It can be concluded through this experiment: at 4℃,spraying spermine can effectively suppress chlorophyll content of sweet potato seedlings decreased effectively . Cat and POD activity decreased significantly lower than the control group,  the MDA content of leaves increased rate decreased, electrolyte leakage degree has suppression. In summary, the cold resistance of sweet potato leaves was increased under cold conditions .
