摘 要:生物防治由于其自身优势已经受到越来越多的重视,但是对于生防菌剂使用后的生态效应关注还不够。本研究利用实验室现有微生物菌剂“宁盾”来防治黄瓜枯萎病,并在不同时间点采集土壤样品检测其中主要营养成分的变化。结果表明:施用微生物菌剂的黄瓜根围土壤中水解性氮、速效磷、速效钾以及有机质的含量均有明显的提高,且对土壤中有机质含量的影响最显著,3次取样时间里实验组土样相对于对照组土样中有机质含量分别增加了18。55%、43。47%、28。16%。微生物菌剂对土壤营养成分有显著的影响,但是,不同取样时间的土样营养成分含量差异不大,且数值在误差允许范围内,取样时间对土壤营养成分影响不显著。79676

Abstract: Biological control has been paid more and more attention because of its own advantages, but people’s attention for the ecological effect of biocontrol agent after use is not enough now。 In this study, we use the microbial agent named "Ning Dun" in the laboratory to control cucumber Fusarium wilt and collect soil samples at different times to detect changes of main nutritional components。 The results show that hydrolysable nitrogen content, Olsen-P content, available potassium content and organic matter content in soil around the root of cucumber applicated by the microbial agent。 And the influence of organic matter content in soil is the most significant。 Compared with the control, organic matter content in soil samples of treatment group in three different sampling times have been increased by 18。55, 43。47 and 28。16 percent。 Microbial agents have significant effects on soil nutrients, but the difference of soil nutrient content in different sampling times is not significant and the numerical value is in the range of error, we can know different sampling time have no significant effect on soil nutrients。
