摘要白僵菌是目前世界上研究以及应用最多的一种虫生真菌,属于半知菌纲,链孢霉目,链 孢霉科,它同时也是一种被广泛应用的真菌性杀虫剂。白僵菌制剂对人和牲畜无毒,对作 物安全,无污染,对其它虫子有毒害,但对蚕有毒害。白僵菌作为一种微生物杀虫剂具有很 大的潜力,它的杀虫作用会受到环境因素、菌株的影响,同时它也会受到自身的影响。白 僵菌的孢子在接触害虫的时候产生芽管,它是通过皮肤侵入其体内然后长成菌丝,在此期 间不断繁殖导致害虫新陈代谢紊乱而使其死亡。82341
基因决定生物的性状表达,既然白僵菌在作为生物杀虫剂方面具有很大的潜力,白僵 菌是真菌,真菌有线粒体,我在本次实验中是以白僵菌的线粒体 DNA 作为分析对象,白僵 菌对害虫的侵染过程与病毒侵染噬菌体过程类似,在侵染过程中线粒体 DNA 会进入害虫 体内,我利用 DNA 二代测序技术得到白僵菌基因序列,利用相关生物学软件分析,分析其 对家蚕的侵染是否与基因片段相关信息,这个对于研究白僵菌还是很有意义的。。
