摘要随着社交网络和移动互联网的发展，高校信息化建设也进入高速发展时期，越来越多的校友信息管理量使得校友信息管理系统的建设愈发普遍。本文主要对校友信息管理系统进行设计和开发，将校友信息管理系统和社交网络相结合，实现基于Web的实名制校友信息管理系统。系统使用PHP（Hypertext Preprocessor，超文本预处理器）语言开发，后台使用MySQL（关系型数据库管理系统）数据库。本校友信息管理系统分为校友后台、管理员后台以及校友网站。校友后台包括个人信息管理、专业管理、捐赠管理、招聘管理，主要是校友对自身信息的管理以及发布新的信息到校友网站；管理员后台包括用户管理、班级管理、公告管理、活动管理、杰出校友管理，主要实现对校友用户的管理和对校友提交的信息进行审核。在校友信息管理系统开发完成后，对系统进行测试表明该系统符合预期设计效果。86530

Design and development of the alumni information management system

Abstract With the development of social networks and mobile Internet, the information construction of colleges and universities has entered a period of rapid development, more and more alumni management information capacity makes the construction of the information management system is increasingly common。 This article focuses on alumni information management system design and development, combining the alumni information management system and social networking, realize the real-name alumni information management system based on web。 The system uses PHP（Hypertext Preprocessor) language development, the background using the MySQL database。 The alumni information management system is pided into the background alumni, the administrators and alumni website background。 Alumni background including personal information management, professional management, donation management, recruitment management, mainly is the alumni management for information about themselves and the release of new information to the alumni website; Administrator background including user management, class management, bulletin management, event management, outstanding alumni management, the main achievement of the management of the user’s alumni and alumni information submitted for review。 After the system implementation, through the design of tests show that in line with expectations。
