摘 要:为确定黄芪中黄酮类成分提取的最佳工艺条件,以提取剂、乙醇浓度、固液比、提取温度、提取时间为考察因素,黄芪黄酮提取率为考察指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验优化黄芪黄酮提取工艺。本论文通过单因素实验及正交试验,获得了黄芪黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为20 %,固液比为1:15(g/mL),提取温度为40℃,提取时间为2 h。在该提取条件下,黄芪黄酮的提取率达到172.78 mg/g,是未优化前的3.3倍。本论文的研究结果可为黄芪黄酮的提取提供技术依据。65060

Abstract: To determine the optimum extraction conditions of flavone in the milkvetch root, the single-factor experiment and the orthogonal experiments guided by yields of the flavone was designed. By the single-factor experiment and the orthogonal experiments, the optimum extraction conditions of flavone in the milkvetch root were obtained: the ethanol concentration was 20%, solid-liquid ratio was 1:15(g/mL), extraction temperature was 40℃, extraction time was 2h. In that extraction condition, the extraction yield was 172.78 mg/g, which was 3 times than before. The results of this paper can provide technical basis for the extraction of astragalus flavone.
