摘   要 浙江省得天独厚的自然水域和气候环境，水温适宜，水质优良，在这个集天时、地利于一地的天然最佳浴场里，适合参加游泳活动。杭州市富阳城区具有丰富的水资源库，汇集江、河、湖，自然水域环境多而复杂，由于气候炎热，有很多中学生参加游泳活动，但由于安全意识淡薄、游泳活动的能力掌握欠佳、缺乏水中救生、自救和互救技术和安全教育管理不完善等原因造成溺水事故的发生也多。为充分利用浙江省得天独厚的自然水域环境，贯彻落实《关于切实预防溺水事故，进一步加强中小学生游泳安全教育的紧急通知》，普及和提高中学生从小掌握水中活动能力，学会水中救生、自救和互救，减少溺水事故，具有重要的现实意义。本研究拟为杭州市富阳城区中学生更好地开展游泳活动，普及和推广参加游泳活动的安全、卫生知识，为杭州市富阳城区乃至其他城市学校开展游泳活动，有效防止游泳溺水事故的发生提供参考依据。89399

本文以杭州市富阳城区部分中学的中学生、教师和社会人士为调查对象，采用文献资料法、实地调查法、访问调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法，对杭州市富阳城区中学生参加游泳活动的现状进行调查。研究结果表明：①杭州市富阳城区的自然水域环境丰富、气候炎热，适宜中学生参加游泳活动。②场馆、师资不足是制约杭州市富阳城区中学生参加游泳活动的主要原因之一。③杭州市富阳城区中学生参加游泳活动缺乏科学指导，致使游泳普及水平较低。④没有掌握游泳活动能力是造成溺水事故的主要原因之一。

 提出建议：①更新观念，以学校为主体，组织宣传游泳安全、卫生知识。②建议学校每学期上好一堂游泳救生课，预防中学生溺水事故发生。③完善自然浴场安全管理，返聘教师指导游泳活动的开展。④以义务教育为载体，将游泳纳入中学体考，促进中学生参加游泳活动。
