摘   要  伴随着我国经济的快速发展，山地户外运动是以自然环境为活动场地，带有探险性质或体验探险的体育运动项目群，是近几年在我国开展起来并风靡一时的新型体育项目，发展前景非常广阔。在杭州市许多中老年人热衷于登山运动，它一方面可以提高参与者的团队合作精神，达到强身健体的效果，与此同时在协调人与自然和谐相处上也有着重大的意义。90091

  本文以杭州市一周一山登山俱乐部为研究对象其发展的现状进行研究。采用了文献资料法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、等相关学科知识。通过一周一山登山俱乐部组织结构状况，一周一山登山俱乐部人员构成状况，一周一山登山俱乐部会员的基本情况，一周一山俱乐部开展活动状况。得出俱乐部存在结构不够完善；会员职业年龄结构过于单一；活动开展没有针对性这几个问题。并根据问题提出可行性建议，为规范一周一山登山俱乐部、促进户外运动产业发展贡献一点绵薄之力。
