摘 要：学校教育的重要组成部分之一的体育教学,一直都是推进学生素质教育的 基础。多年来,在农村学校，相关校领导只注重升学率，片面追求文化成绩,从而 忽略了对农村学校的体育教学。因此为了发展农村学校的体育教学,提高我国农 村小学体育教育工作的前提是必须先落实好农村小学体育教学，近年来，国家教 育部门采取了一些措施进行改革，如提出的师范类学生进农村进行顶岗支教实习 的改革措施，在我国各大师范院校相继实施，效果良好。本文运用文献资料法、 问卷调查法、访谈法等,对顶岗实习的农村学校的顶岗实习大学生以及体育教学 现状进行分析，发现农村学校顶岗实习中存在实习生生活条件差、教学上得不到 相应的指导、教学任务繁重、教学条件简陋等问题。从而提出了改善实习生生活 条件、加强实习指导、合理分配教学任务以及加强体育经费的投入等措施，提高 教育部门对体育的重视，从而改善存在的问题。91692
