摘 要 ：  本文为了给地方政府制定全民健康政策提供依据。为该校五年级学生更加了解自己的体质健康和给体育教师的上课提供内容选择的依据。采用文献法、数据统计法和分析法，对江苏省淮安市淮阴师范学院第一附属小学五年级学生共919名进行的体质健康测试结果分析，从中发现我国学生目前体质健康的现状，通过和国家制定的体质健康的标准进行对比分析，从而发现学生体质健康存在的问题。为学校体育工作的开展和进行提供指导意义。93528

《学生体质健康标准》于2002年8月颁布实施，是教育部、国家体育总局积极贯彻落实《中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》和国务院《关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》以及《全民健身计划纲要》的一项重要概要举措，是学校教育树立“健康第一”的指导思想，切实加强学校体育工作，为学校体育工作的开展提供方向。通过体质健康的测试，能够发现学生体质健康存在的问题。为政府和学校为学生制定体育锻炼的计划提供一定依据。
