绍兴市户外拓展现状调查研究

摘要随着经济的快速发展，开始对人才有了更多方面的要求。想要适应这个社会激烈的竞争压力，必须有扎实的专业基础，还要有良好的心理素质和团队合作精神，而户外拓展刚好可以培养具有这方面的人才。户外拓展作为一个新兴产业，有着巨大的发展潜力，建立良好的户外运动组织形式，有利于户外拓展的发展，可以减少户外拓展的危险。通过查阅大量文献资料，发现没有对绍兴地区户外拓展现状的研究。因此，本人选择了绍兴市户外拓展现状调查研究作为本科论文的选题，笔者作为绍兴人，目的是对可以更好的发展绍兴户外拓展做出一些贡献，也可以为自己从业提供一些帮助。47004

本文以绍兴市户外拓展行业的为主要调查对象，综合应用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法、问卷调查法、数理分析法、逻辑推理法通过对培训机构、培训对象、培训师、培训项目等方面的调查分析研究，研究结果得出以下现状结论：1、绍兴市相对其他发达地区，户外运动的起步较晚,但现处于快速发展阶段。2、行业需求空间较大，发展前景非常之广。3、没有统一行业管理制度，竞争呈现无序状态。4、没有从业资格准入制度，从业人员成分复杂、专业户外人才缺乏，拓展训练师教师以男性为主，而水平差异较大，主要以兼职为主。5、户外拓展的宣传手段不够，很多市民对户外拓展感到陌生。

针对绍兴市户外拓展行业内存在的主要问题，提出对策建议：1、制定行业进入准则，控制过快的发展速度。2、加大政府的宏观调控手段，建立相关部门管理。3、建立户外拓展行业协会，由协会制定统一管理制度。4、制定相应的从业资格评定，并定期进行培训。和绍兴文理进行接轨，培养相关的专业人员。5、加大户外拓展的宣传手段，可以试着推广进入高校和社区。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the economy, began to have more demand for talent. Want to adapt to the social competition pressure, must have a solid professional foundation, also has the good psychological quality and team work spirit, and outdoor development just have the talents can be cultivated. Outdoor development as an emerging industry, has huge development potential, and establish a good outdoor sports organization form, promotes the development of outward bound, can reduce the risk of outdoor expand. Through consulting a large number of literature material, found no in shaoxing area outdoor development status quo of research. Therefore, I chose shaoxing outdoor development present situation investigation and study as an undergraduate thesis topic, the author as shaoxing, purpose is to better the development of shaoxing make some contributions to the outdoor development can also be employed to provide some help for yourself.

This paper, taking shaoxing outdoor development industry as the main research object, the integrated application of literature method, interview method, field survey method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical analysis and logical reasoning method based on the training organization, training objects, training pision, training project, the investigation and analysis of the studies on the results of the study concluded that current situation of the following conclusions: 1, shaoxing, relative to other developed areas of outdoor sports started late, but now in the stage of rapid development. 2, industry demand for space is bigger, development prospect is very wide. 3, no unified industry management system, and present disorder competition. 4, no qualification admittance system, personnel composition complex, lack of professional outdoor expand training pision is given priority to with male teachers, and level differences, mainly composed of a part-time job. 5, outdoor expand propaganda is not enough, a lot of people feel strange for outdoor development.
