摘要近年来,随着各项武术比赛全方面、多层次的开展,武术运动向着“更高、更难、更美、更新”的方向发展,国家出台的新规则对难度动作的规定,使得武术难度动作在套路比赛中越来越重要,而逐渐兴起的旋风脚720°接马步、腾空外摆腿等腾空旋转类腿法动作,极大地促进了武术腾空动作的创新。这就需要进一步提高武术训练科学化水平,同时对武术难度动作进行技术和理论研究,当运动员竞技水平不断提高,同等水平下所选的难度动作完成的好坏将直接影响到运动员的比赛成绩,而成绩好坏的一个很重要的标准就是难度动作落地平衡的稳定性。为了提高武术的竞技性、观赏性,适应时代发展的需求,这就有必要对旋风脚的落地平衡稳定性进行科学分析,丰富武术训练理论,为科学的训练提供方法与手段,推动武术长拳类项目的发展。本文将从增强落地稳定性这方面出发,帮助运动员解决摆莲腿540°中接仆步存在的稳定性问题,提高武术套路运动员在比赛中完成跳跃难度动作的成功率。72138
