摘要我们国家的轨道交通行业正处于一个飞速发展的阶段,地铁在人们的日常生活中扮演者一个非常重要的角色。在当今技术的发展下,每个地铁站都安装有屏蔽门系统,地铁屏蔽门是一道规划在地铁站台边缘和站台之间的安全屏障,可以将乘客们隔离在轨道之外。地铁屏蔽门安装在地铁站台,这样可以有效地降低乘客在候车站台发生安全事故的概率。此类屏蔽门是城市轨道交通系统中的重要组成部分,因为它的滑动门数量众多,开关门次数频繁,所以它的控制系统对于安全性的要求也非常高。如今,屏蔽门控制系统越来越多的被用于城市轨道交通的建设当中。
本次设计分析了地铁屏蔽门的结构以及控制系统的功能和组成。对于CAN总线具有的特点、结构进行了更深入的分析,CAN总线不仅具有非常高的安全性,还具有非常高的可靠性。对基于CAN总线的地铁屏蔽门控制系统的建设做出了基本框架。在地铁屏蔽门系统的建设中,运用CAN总线技术能够很好的完成数据信息的共享和对于控制信号的交换,这样技术的使用不仅能够增加信号的利用率,对于系统的稳定性和及时性也有一定的增强。以CAN总线为核心的屏蔽门控制系统的工作状态稳定、精度高。74057

This paper analyzes the structure of the subway screen door and the function and composition of the control system。 For CAN bus with the characteristics of the structure of a more in-depth analysis, CAN bus not only has a very high security, but also has a very high reliability。 A perfect framework for the control system of metro shield gate based on CAN bus is made。 In the construction of subway shield door system, the use of CAN bus technology to the information data sharing and for exchange control signal, the technology innovation can not only increase the utilization rate of the signal, for system stability and timeliness is enhanced。 The CAN bus as the core of the control system of the shielding door control has stable system and high precision。
