摘要:钢铁是世界上生产最多的材料之一,年生产量达到了十三亿吨,它是工程技术中最主要,也是用量最大的金属材料。随着近年来科学技术及工业经济的迅速发展对钢铁的力学性能的要求也越来越高。
本课题以淬火钢为研究对象,研究热加工艺对此种合金组织和性能的影响,探究钢铁的测试的新方法。本文从尺寸、密度的变化,分析测试钢铁在热处理过程中的新的相变测量方法。作为对照,利用热膨胀仪分析了不同热处理工艺的钢铁试样,证实了二次称重法可以测量钢铁热处理前后的相变的密度变化,从而研究了利用二次称重法发来探究钢铁在热处理前后体积与密度改变测量新方法。二次称重法测出的实验数据可以测试工厂里钢铁的热处理质量评价的一个新的测量指标。23464 毕业论文关键词: 钢铁;热处理;相变;二次称重法;热膨胀
Measuring density, volume change before and after heat treatment of steel
Abstract:Steel is one of the most popular material production in the world, annual production reached one billion three hundred million tons, It is the most important engineering and technology, but also the largest amount of metal materials. Along with the science and technology and the rapid development of industrial economy in recent years has higher requirement on the mechanical properties of steel.
This topic to harden steel as the research object, studies the microstructure and mechanical properties of the hot working skill in this kind of alloy and the effect of new methods of test of steel. From the change of size, density, this paper analysis the test steel in the new phase measurement method in the process of heat treatment. In comparison, when using thermal expansion instrument analysis of the different heat treatment process of steel sample, confirmed the second weighing method can measure the density of steel heat treatment before and after the transformation, so as to study the use of secondary from weighing method to explore the iron and steel in volume and density change measuring new method before and after heat treatment. Quadratic weighing method to measure the experimental data can test factory steel heat treatment quality evaluation of a new measurement.
