摘要旋转机械被广泛地应用于机械,水利,建筑,发电等影响国家建设和人民生活水平的各个领域,主要用于燃气轮机,航空发动机,风力发电机等电子机械装置中。科学家们很早就开始研究转子动力学,转子动力学当前的研究已足够完善并开始向更深远的方向发展。本文通过Jeffcott模型建立最基础的有离心质量的转子模型并加以动力学分析。列出转子的运动微分方程,通过设计程序和图表建立来分析系统响应,并进行响应特征图组的绘制工作。研究的过程中采用了ANSYS程序建模仿真,参考了振动理论知识对转子的振动频率进行分析,并使用了MATLAB的部分知识进行程序编制和图表导出。最终确定临界速度和振频相频,以提高旋转机械的稳定性和工作效率。30299

Title Dynamic modeling and analysis of rotating machinery rotation characteristics
Abstract
Rotating machinery is widely application in machinery, water conservancy, construction, power generation and other effects of national construction and people's living standards in various fields, mainly used for gas turbine, aero engine, wind generators and other electronic mechanical device. Scientists began very early in the study of rotor dynamics, rotor dynamics of the current research is perfect enough and began to more profound direction. This paper established the basic model of the rotor through Jeffcott model centrifugal and dynamic analysis of quality. List the differential equations of motion of the rotor. Through the design procedure and the chart is established to analyze the system response, and the response characteristics of map drawing. In the course of the study the modeling and Simulation of ANSYS program, with reference to the vibration theory of the rotor vibration frequency were analyzed, and the use of some knowledge of MATLAB programming and chart is derived. The final determination of the critical velocity and vibration frequency and phase frequency, in order to improve the stability and efficiency of rotating machinery.
