摘 要:基于针孔滤波器、准直透镜、调焦目镜等光学器件,设计了一种对半导体激光器的输出光束进行扩束的装置。该装置扩束倍率达220倍左右,边缘光强衰减为53%左右,与传统的扩束系统相比,具有边缘光强衰减较小,扩束光斑光强分布更加均匀的优点。因此可以广泛应用于全息、光信息处理等领域。40519 毕业论文关键词:激光扩束;针孔滤波器;扩束镜
The Design of The Laser Beam Expander System
Abstract: Based on pinhole filter, collimating lens and focusing eyepiece optics,a kind of output beam of semiconductor laser beam expander device was designed. The device expanded beam ratio of 220 times, edge intensity attenuation is approximately 53%, compared with the conventional beam expander system, has the edge intensity attenuation is small, the advantages of expanded beam spot intensity distribution more uniform. Can be widely applied to the holographic, optical information processing and other fields.
