摘要: 焦炭结构是决定焦炭质量主要的影响因素之一,有些结构参数被直接作为焦炭的质量指标。对于焦炭,宏观结构指的是气孔结构和光学组织结构,微观结构指的是微晶结构。本文主要针对的是焦炭的微晶结构。焦炭的微晶结构是焦炭显微结构更深层次的细分,由于焦炭微晶的排列、聚集方式的不同,才使得焦炭的显微结构多种多样。对微晶的研究一般采用X射线衍射,高分辨透射电镜和X射线光电子能谱技术。焦炭料柱骨架作用日益明显,焦炭是高炉炼铁的主要燃料. 高炉炼铁要想顺行进行,透气性必须要足够好。如果料柱的透气性不好,会导致高炉操作困难,严重时会引起悬料等高炉事故。故研究焦炭热性质意义重大。39456 毕业论文关键词: 冶金焦炭;微晶结构;高炉炼铁;冷热性能
Analysis of influence factors on thermal performance of metallurgical coke micro crystalline structure
Abstract: Coke structure is one of the main factor in the quality of coke, some structural parameters is directly used as the quality index of coke. For coke, the macro structure refers to the structure and optical organization of pore structure, micro structure refers to the crystal structure. In this paper, we mainly aimed at the structure of coke. Research on the general ceramics by X ray diffraction, high resolution transmission electron microscopy and X - ray photo electron spectroscopy. If the core permeability is not good, will lead to difficulties in blast furnace operation, would cause serious accidents of blast furnace hanging etc.. So it is significant to study the thermal properties of coke.
