根据空调系统风机盘管和房间的组成结构,确定其结构数据。根据风机盘管中换 热器流体换热的功能定位、技术要求和房间的结构数据,影响空调房间气流组织的主 要因素有入口风速,而对于风机盘管中百叶窗翅片管换热器的换热情况,主要影响因 素是入口的速度,百叶窗的倾角。本设计将选取风机盘管 MCW200VT 机型为模型基 础,用 Ansys 和 Solid works 建立模型,从房间入口速度,换热器入口速度和百叶窗 倾角这几个角度来建分析研究他们的速度场和温度场,确定合理的房间和换热器的入 口速度、和百叶窗倾角。从而降低空调系统使用的能耗。84143

According to the composition and structure of the fan coil and the room of the air conditioning system, the structure data of the air conditioning system is determined。 According to the data about the structure of the fan coil unit for heat exchanger fluid flow and heat transfer functions, technical requirements and the room, the main factors affect the airflow in air-conditioned room with inlet velocity, and for fan coil louvered fin tube for heat exchanger of heat transfer, the main influence factors is at the entrance to the speed, louver angle。 This design will select fan coil MCW200VT models as the model, using ANSYS and SolidWorks model, from room inlet velocity and heat exchanger inlet velocity and louver angle change the angle to build their velocity field and temperature field analysis and research of, reasonable room and to determine the change of heat exchanger inlet velocity, and louver angle。 Thereby reducing the energy consumption of air conditioning system。
